EUROFOLK BALLETS |
 FECCRIT (Federazione dei Circoli Culturali e Ricreativi del Trentino) together with the Association of the Folk Dance Groups of Trentino, works since almost fifteen years for the promotion of folklore and tradition, also organizing local, national and international events EFB (Euro Folk Ballets) is a perfect example of this work: it is a festival where folk dance representatives from our region and from different European countries meet and learn to know the traditions, the costumes, the music and dances of folks, who are already (or on the way to become) a part of the same great nation; it is also an exchange program for the local groups, who can later visit the new friends in their country. EFB is also a fantastic show, involving every year more enthusiastic spectators, and a great moment of friendness and brotherhood between people caring for traditions and cultural heritage. EFB is hold every year during the last weekend in august: from Thursday to Sunday, three dance groups as representatives of European nations perform in several villages and towns of our region, together with local folk group. |
